SECO Hosts Ribbon Cutting For Its Solar Array

Company leaders, government officials, and solar industry members were in attendance on Friday, April 8 when SECO Tools in Lenoir City hosted a ribbon cutting to inaugurate its 29.6 kilowatt solar PV system. The system, designed by Efficient Energy of Tennessee, will generate enough clean energy to power over three average Tennessee homes annually.

JACKSON, TN, SEPTEMBER 20, 2010 – Meridian Development Partners, owners of the American Drive Business Center in Jackson, has finalized an agreement to develop a one megawatt (MW) solar power system plus a 47 kilowatt (kW) solar installation on their site. This is the largest solar project in the seven-state Tennessee Valley Authority (TVA) region.
